Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days 


Contact us by email at indicating the number of your order and you will receive all the instructions on the return procedure and where you will need to return the product.

If 15 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item and that the refund will be made within 3 days of receiving the product and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or Pay Pal account.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially published. Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is issued.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it with the same item, please email us at and we'll tell you what to do. Depending on where you live, the time required for your product exchanged to reach us may vary.
